Went for a cleaning and Dr Pappas told me everything was perfect, only need to visit a dentist once a year or if something was wrong. As I’m about to leave he says ‘Oh! But there is a very small cavity forming. Better to take care of it now.’ I shrugged and made an appointment. When I came in everything felt extremely rushed. The office tries to see as many patients as possible and seems to be driven solely by profit…and for what? So they can start drilling before I was even numb. Had a great experience. Been going there for years and I just love it here. Dr. Pappas fixed a chipped tooth today and did a great job!
The receptionists are very unprofessional. After being being placed on hold three different times and having to answer the same questions I still ended up without an appointment.
Very experienced. Awesome dentist!
