The service matched the reviews! John was very through in his inspection, running appliances, noticing previous pest treatment, and recommended things that should be repaired by a seller. I learned a lot through his walk through from brand types of machines and their reputation for performance. I received his report the same day of the inspection. He's very personable and extremely pleasant to work with, would highly recommend and use again.
John is very honest, detail oriented, knowledgeable, and does a wonderful job explaining everything. He was very patient and kind to my boyfriend and I who are first time home buyers! John was a phenomenal choice for our home inspection. He took his time to make sure he gave the house a thorough look, and offered detailed explanations of his assessments both in person and in the report. With his analysis in hand we feel confident we can move forward with our home purchase, and with his report, we now have a list of all the maintenance tasks and upgrades we'll have to take care of in the years ahead.
