John was friendly, knowledgeable, and above all extremely detail oriented. He explained everything in easy to understand language with clear immediate and long term repairs to the home. We put our trust in him as we look to purchase a home and we couldn't be more pleased with the quality of service we were provided. He even managed to return our inspection report the same day!
