John was so professional and thorough. He checked everything and made sure I understood what he was looking for and how it would affect the property. John, came well equipped to inspect both the structural integrity and the safety of the new construction my family is purchasing. He noted and explained to me, a potentially major item, two moderate impact items, a dozen low impact items, and an epic pile of cosmetic imperfections.
