I'm a first-time homebuyer and was looking for an inspector who was very detail-oriented, thorough, and willing to explain how things work. John was all that and more. Update Dec. 29, 2025, at another place in the same complex: I don't care if you don't have a doubt in your mind about the place you want to buy, do an inspection, and hire John to do it. First, you'll know so much more about what needs to be done, John sees things there's no way you would catch. Second, you'll know much more about what it or is not possible -- it's easy, looking at a place, to start dreaming about all the changes you would like to make, but not all of those are doable, and John can help you figure that out. ... read more
The service matched the reviews! John was very through in his inspection, running appliances, noticing previous pest treatment, and recommended things that should be repaired by a seller. I learned a lot through his walk through from brand types of machines and their reputation for performance. I received his report the same day of the inspection. He's very personable and extremely pleasant to work with, would highly recommend and use again.
