Dr. Leslie Staverman treats the person in the chair, not just the numbers on the computer screen. She "listens" to her patients. Wish I could give more than 5 stars.

So happy to have found this practice! Dr. Staverman is solving issues I had with my hearing aids from out of state. She is so empathetic and knowledgeable, she immediately contacted my hearing aid source and made things happen! I feel so relieved to have found the support I needed and all the medical expertise that goes along with it.
I am beyond satisfied! Dr Staverman spent an extraordinary amount of time evaluating my hearing loss and demonstrating how it was effecting me. Again, upon delivery, she spent an incredible amount of time explaining how to use them!!!
