We had a lovely time at Stave and Hoop this evening! This downstairs establishment's decor is totally fun and very well done. The playlist was great and at a volume that allowed for conversation, but also loud enough to drift into~ if that's your mood. The drink selection and beers (served in icy glasses!) on tap offerings were excellent. The bartender friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and willing to share information. 1.5 hour wait after ordering and melted ice cubes in our drinks. Wouldn’t recommend.
The food was delicious, the full bar had something for everyone and the service was on point. They had a couple of guys playing cover songs on pianos too, which was a fun and quirky change from a regular dj or cover band. I definitely recommend giving this place a visit, just make sure to get there early!
We went early and they had a happy hour that was great. I have a very restricted diet and I was able to find food that I could eat. Even dessert.
Dualing pianos is the night to go!
