I have gone to this treatment center for about 3 years, prior to the new director coming into place this place was fantastic. They cared for the patients and seemed to have a true understanding of addiction and what it entails. They were able to provide the tools needed to help addicts in this area find success. I notice other reviews stating how disorganized this treatment center is and I’m here to reinforce that. This is by far the most unprofessional facility to seek help from if you are in need of medical detox, medication assistance, or struggle with addiction. From the very beginning of my experience with Staunton Behavioral Health Group, I had issues with the program director Jennifer. This is most unorganized place for any addict who is in recovery to try and go. They do not inform patients properly of procedures and rules within the clinic, will fail you time and time again. The entire nursing staff quit last week 11/5 because of the clinic they couldn’t work with anymore. The fact that I had to SKIP MY DOSE this morning because they weren’t prepared is unacceptable.
