Staunton Area Ambulance Service was contacted by Anderson Hospital on August 28, 2026 to do a standard transport from Anderson Hospital to Saint Louis University Hospital. When we talk to the driver and EMT, we were told they would not be running with lights as the was not an emergency transfer. When asked, we were told they would be abiding by the posted speed limit.
