Please do not trust this individual with your cardiological care. He is not reliable and frankly I have no confidence. Poor bedside manner, does not seem very knowledgeable in his field, and constant cancelling and rescheduling of appointments on short notice - though they are very strict about their refund/no show policy for patients… There are certainly better options.
Unacceptable Experience. Warning: beware of Palma Ceia Heart & Vascular's refund policy! After a nuclear stress test with unreadable results, I was denied a refund of $641. Despite my requests, the office manager and Dr. Stauffer refused to work with me. Unprofessional and unfair. Now I'm forced to escalate to the Better Business Bureau. Disappointing experience with a facility that prioritizes profits over patient care.
