Have a problem with both of my diesel engines in my 59 ft Chris Craft roamer. Called Stauffer diesel spoke to a gentleman named Skyler. This guy listened and then reacted with information made some phone calls for me called me back the same day gave me detailed instructions on what to do with my problems. Where in Heaven's Sake do you get this kind of treatment? It was like I was back in 1966 getting customer service again. Bless Stauffer diesel and Skyler who works there.... treatment from heaven.
We have used Stauffer multiple times in the past and they do great work.
All of the employees at Stauffer Diesel are amazing. Don is a great guy and is very detail oriented. He explained everything to me as the job progressed and always presented me with options. I had my older Bobcat 873 in to have the engine replaced (Deutz) and some wiring fixed. I just picked it up and noticed a huge difference in the power. The machine runs better than the newer ones do. They take their time and don't leave anything to chance. They will have all of my business.
Very nice bunch of guys and the secretary was very nice polite.
