Bought a Swiss Watch. What a joke! I am Swiss and should have known better. I returned it for a refund. After 4 weeks, I called and was told it would be another 2 weeks! And I will not get back what it cost me!
Stauer has the worst Customer service of any Company that claims quality in their advertising. I sent in a perfectly working watch for a band replacement an got back a broken watch with a new band and nothing but a run around from "Customer Service". Buyer Beware, better hope you don't need "Customer Service" with this Company.
I never received my order for valentines day
Viva Terra!! By far the worst customer service I have ever seen. Took a month to get the item ( not worth what I paid). I’m on week 4 of waiting for a refund.
