Stauer could possibly have the worst customer service. For a company to sell what they call quality watches and jewelry, awful customer service. I will say it's gotten worse over the years. I bought a watch that I love. I bought a warranty for it. I sent the watch in on October to have it fixed or replaced. I specifically asked them to take the links out that I had paid for on the original watch. Over 3 months later, I received my watch, with the links not being taken out. I have bought more than a few items from Stauer over the years. Mainly jewelry for my wife. The quality is consistent with the price you pay. It is pretty costume jewelry. BUT ... the way they promote their pricing is deceptive at best and dishonest at worst, in my opinion. First, hardly any one with common sense in going to believe they are selling a $300 item for $100. But worse, is their shipping fee. $25 to mail a lady's ring? Really? Stauer is the worst company to do business with. I called due to my wife's behest; I did not want to order from Stauer again. From the moment I called to inquire on my order, the customer service person was terrible. Chris from Customer Service was condescending and rude! I called to inquire about order number and he said it will get delivered 7 to 10 business days.
