Frank is knowledgeable and genuinely cares about getting the problem fixed. Getting you back on the water quickly. His service is top notch. I would recommend him if you’re having any issues with your outboard motor.
Call this man to see if he would be able to help me fix my outboard motor and instead of taking the job and charge me a bunch. He actually gave me some good advice on where to get the oil and the pump to do the lower oil change on my motor and also answered a couple of my concerns, very reliable very trustworthy person I recommend going to him for any work that you need. Had an absolutely fantastic experience with Frank! From the moment I reached out about an outboard motor, his communication was top-notch. He held the motor for me for two weeks while I was on a trip and was always incredibly responsive. When I finally went to see him, he explained everything perfectly, including how to use the trim and tilt. I have a kicker motor that was very difficult to start and would not keep running. Called SOS and Frank took the boat in right away. He assessed the issues and corrected the problems. Frank also checked over my main motor and found that the thermostats were do to be changed. I had the boat back quickly and the kicker motor has never started easier or run better.
