Had the worst experience with her during delivery. Very rough, kept doing a cervical check after I had told her to stop because it hurt so much and ended up breaking my water. I saw her maybe 5 minutes out of the entire time I was in labor and delivery. Wasn't even in the room when baby was delivered and still had to pay over $2,000 for her 'delivering'.
So far, so good. Caring, professional and attentive.
I went in for a 37 week appointment and asked for a cervical check because of symptoms I’d been having. This is my first baby. The speculum was freezing, there was what felt like no lube and it felt like a razor blade when inserted. When informed, she didn’t readjust and just opened the speculum. When she went in for the cervical exam, again felt like there was no lube on her glove and I have never experienced such a painful pelvic exam in my life. I cannot stress enough how much I do NOT recommend going to Dr. Staub. She provided me with the worst care I’ve ever received. She brushed off all of my concerns telling me everything was fine and refusing to do any testing to back up her claims. Even if you are persistent and have personal/family history and symptoms to back up your concerns she will ignore them.
