Purchased a dryer. It ran 4 times and the motor burned out. They came and agreed the motor wash trash. Wanted to charge me for a service call $85, a new motor. Nope! It's not the same as it used to be that's for sure. Don't buy from here unless you want to waste your money unfortunately
Awesome local spot in Silvis if you need any alliance repair or refurbished to new appliances. This is a real service shop with guys old enough to know your products. This was a first visit and they were helpful within seconds and never tried to up-sell anything. Very pleased with their service and would recommend to anyone inside the Quad Cities.
Purchased a seemingly nice whirlpool matching set from them. I know plenty of people like staubs. Even my Dad has had a good expirence with them. But I can't say the same. Basically the washer has had issues since we bought it they only give you a 30 day warranty. In my opinion the washer is a lemon. The dryer actually works very well. My Dad was sold the same model from them a few years ago and it does not make the noises and do the things our washer does.
