Purchased a seemingly nice whirlpool matching set from them. I know plenty of people like staubs. Even my Dad has had a good expirence with them. But I can't say the same. Basically the washer has had issues since we bought it they only give you a 30 day warranty. In my opinion the washer is a lemon. The dryer actually works very well. My Dad was sold the same model from them a few years ago and it does not make the noises and do the things our washer does. Solid used appliances! Honest and great customer service!
I went in on a Monday and I was asked for my debit card information and told they would change my card and call with a delivery date. They did not call to give me a delivery date but has indeed charged my card. When I called to check why they haven’t called they say they were busy and they could come out Wednesday here it is Wednesday and no one has come out, called, and now they’re not answering. I don’t appreciate the inconvenience and unprofessional service. I’m upset
Great place! The owner was very helpful! Got a new washer from him and he delivered it the very next day. Will go back again if I need another appliance this is where I will go again
