I call to hopefully have an expert help my daughter with service on her Jetta, no answer but left a message. After no reply, I call again and get an answer, only to have them get all pissy that I called. Told im not taking any new customers. Then before I can get the words, do you recommend anyone else, out of mouth , I get hung up on. If you just responded to my message, I would of not called back to waste your precious time
I called this place to ask if they did a diagnostic on Audi and when the guy asked my year of car said to me oh old and they are junk! Ummm I’m sorry what ? So unprofessional and rude I would never bring anything there except a punch in the throat and he was the damn owner just sooo unprofessional really!!
Anthony is a great human being, and a guru when it comes to working on VW Audi. His knowledge blows away the combined knowledge of all the VW/Audi techs on the seacoast. Fair, honest and all around great American.
Anthony is the best— has helped me out of some crazy stuff with my car just when I needed him. His shop is immaculate and he knows what he’s doing. Highly recommended!
