20 minutes after ticketed departing time and still floating on the ferry that traveled to the future from another age. Not great.

THIS COMPANY EMPLOYS SCAMMERS - AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They have people standing in front of the Staten Island Ferry terminal and telling tourists lies. They said the free ferry has changed their route and you wouldn’t be able to see the statue, NOT TRUE. the round trip to Staten Island is two hours, in reality it’s 45min. If you don’t care about climbing up the Statue of Liberty which costs extra money, TAKE THE FREE FERRY INSTEAD! Don’t get scammed like we did…not worth it at all!!! (This review cost us $51)
