Their website and Google are both WRONG! I arrived at 3:45pm to find them CLOSED. When I called, the owner had the audacity to ARGUE with me because he's been closing early since "COVID" or "the past few months" (pick one because he gave both timelines). After hanging up, he then CALLED ME BACK asking me to drive back AND WAIT FOR HIM!!

The store was closed. No signage stating closed for lunch or anything. But according to Google they should be open at 11AM. I even called before leaving to make sure nobody was in the office. Thankfully Columbia Medical Supply was open, so I was able to get emergency ostomy supplies there.
My cat needed oxygen and no medical supply company would provide it because they had to save it for people just in case they needed it! Tony traveled back and forth to Baltimore and also his warehouse many times to make sure he always had oxygen tanks at hand not only for his human clients but also for my cat. Thanks very much Tony!
I went at 2 on Monday. They were closed. A confusing sign said they’d be back at 12:30. Hours were not posted on the door.
