This is the worse ran business I have ever experienced. They sent a person out for a quote… and three months later and five phone calls, still no quote. Even though promised the last two phone calls. Not only this, but she asserted she sent a reminder confirming the quote appointment, but she wrote the wrong email down and STILL argued she sent it.
