The two ladies in the office (Rachel and Linda) are always so courteous and helpful. Maintenance has been so fast with my work orders (had to have my microwave replaced and it was done in record time) and so helpful! I love living here at The Statler and plan to stay for a long time!

I have lived at the Statler for a few months now and have really been enjoying it. I currently play tennis at CSU and it is my first time living outside of the dorms and I have been very happy with my first apartment experience here along with the management and all of the staff that have been very nice. The apartments are very nice and modern with a lot of space. Also in a nice location and close to restaurants, grocery stores, and fun activities. I have lived at The Statler for almost six years, and it remains one of the best apartment buildings in downtown. Safety is a priority here—security is not only friendly but always ready to help, which has consistently made me feel secure. The leasing office is exceptional, especially Linda. From Last Couple of Years i am Living in the Statler and so far i had the Pleasant Experience. The premises holds really a top notch mark for itself and building itself is an archaic landmark. For starters the Leasing office has been really friendly all the time and resolved my service requests and answered any queries i needed all the time and they provided absolutely best service when needed.
