Wasted my money today. Daphne did an exceptional job last year with my hair, she really took her time and the way she talked and made me feel comfortable, was the best experience. But this time, I had the worst experience with Mathias. Instead of blaming my hair, maybe he should learn how to work with different types of hair and how to make the clients feel welcomed.
