Shady, dishonest, soulless company that exists just to suck money from people who are looking for a home. My first experience with Wheelhouse, they offered a free month of rent with a good rate. When the lease came to us to sign, and after we gave them a deposit, it turns out the rent was after the free month was factored in. This was nowhere in the fine print on the promo. Edited 10/15/23: I have moved out, however in June the place seemed the same. It took at least 4 phone calls in order to schedule the mandatory walk-through when ending a lease and wheelhouse never showed up, nor did they call to cancel. Last month someone was shot and killed at the intersection of Yukon and W 13th Ave. If moving from out of state, please visit in person before signing a lease.
