Easily the best garage I’ve ever used, thank you for all your help for so many years!
I have previously used this garage for a simple quick job, I called them up the other day as I had a rumbling sound coming from my wheels and they said "cant get it done this week" and hung up. If you try and book a MOT with them they tell you to drop it in then it is 50/50 if they actually do it that day and you may be waiting for days for it to be done (whilst having to leave your car there). Mark was amazing! He helped my daughter and went totally out of his way to do this and didn’t even charge for labour. Thank you Mark and will always send people your way .
Can't recommend Mark and the team enough! A few years ago I was new to Plymouth and having a problem with my car, hoping to find a reliable and trustworthy garage. Mark had it in within an hour, gave me an honest evaluation and reassurance that the issue was minor and then didn't even charge me for his time.
