I really enjoy the apartment complexes and all the amenities, The appliances in the units are nice and updated, the location is great, and management is extremely easy to work with!
I lived here with my boyfriend for 3 years (2022-2025). We overall had a good experience! Kim the property manager always responded in a timely manner and was kind and respectful to us. We deep cleaned our apartment at move out and got most of the deposit back, they only charged what was reasonable. Docking a star because it was a little expensive, the laundry dryers barely worked, and we could hear neighbors clearly through the walls and floor.
Do not except your security deposit back. I cleaned the entire apartment but Station Street claimed I did not. Also, Walls and ceilings are thin you can here everything your neighbor does.
I lived at the Station Street apartments for almost 4 years with my 2 dogs. My experience here was wonderful! The area is convenient as it’s right off Hwy 10, the grounds are well-kept, and there are plenty of places to walk your dog(s). I really like the “Butterfly” app to unlock the building’s main door instead of having to use a key (super helpful with dogs/kids/groceries, etc.) I’ve never felt unsafe here at any time - morning, night, middle of the night when a dog had to go out. Love Love Love this complex. Wanted to get out of the city & this place fits the bill in every way! Surrounded by lake & great outdoor space. Building is new & beautiful - love my cozy studio with stainless steel appliances! The is also a pool, fitness room, theater room & party room. Leasing agent Kim is top of the line.
