I lived at the Station Street apartments for almost 4 years with my 2 dogs. My experience here was wonderful! The area is convenient as it’s right off Hwy 10, the grounds are well-kept, and there are plenty of places to walk your dog(s). I really like the “Butterfly” app to unlock the building’s main door instead of having to use a key (super helpful with dogs/kids/groceries, etc.) I’ve never felt unsafe here at any time - morning, night, middle of the night when a dog had to go out. Love Love Love this complex. Wanted to get out of the city & this place fits the bill in every way! Surrounded by lake & great outdoor space. Building is new & beautiful - love my cozy studio with stainless steel appliances! The is also a pool, fitness room, theater room & party room. Leasing agent Kim is top of the line. The worst management I’ve ever experienced and witnessed! The company will lie, cheat and steal to get your deposit! The management replaced the carpeting in the entire unit for some cat scratches in the corner! Costed me $1,500. Total scam and disaster of a place! I want my money returned that they stole!
We rented for 3 years. While the area does feel safe, and the apartments *appear* nice at first glance, we had nothing but problems living here. First, there is no such thing as privacy. You can hear your neighbors sneeze/cough, you can hear their conversations - in normal talking voices, and you can hear their every move (toilet flushing, water running, etc.). I really love living here. It's quiet and clean. Any problems that arise are dealt with promptly. I feel safe walking my dogs during the evening hours here. My apartment is attractive and welcoming and the area is very pretty. I have had a great experience with the management. Kim has always been very kind and helpful.
