My experience as a patient for 30 years plus isnt very good at this time and point. Use to be a much better clinic. I have one of the best doctors as family physician is concern but to book appointments with a doctor is difficult probably due to volume of patients they are booking One particular front desk lady is so rude and uncooperative . Dr. Canderle has been my family dr for 26 years. Very friendly, efficient and caring. Tends to all my health issues without any problems. Is very understanding, Compassionate, and prompt response. The Staff are excellent and helpful, friendly and Courteous. Office Manager is very Professional and helpful. Even though I've moved to Port Hardy, Vancouver Island North they still take care of me and are excellent at taking care of all my health concerns. Dr. Chakera is truly a compassionate and professional doctor — a real angel in a white coat. I visited him to get a medical note for my return to work, and he treated me with kindness, respect, and genuine empathy throughout the entire appointment. He was professional, patient, and understanding. When he learned that I was under financial pressure during my period of unemployment, he even kindly offered me a discount to help ease the burden.
