Disappointed in lack of action taken by management over racist incident. Probably not a good place to move or live if you are a woman or POC.
After a racist incident in the building, Management provided a lackluster response. No accountability. No follow-up. No protection for those affected. If you’re a woman or a person of color, I urge you to think carefully before choosing to live here. The silence from leadership speaks volumes.
As someone looking to purchase a condo in DC, very glad to know NOT to consider this building. Their management permits racist behavior in the public amenities.
Condo association and management permits and is dismissive of racist behavior. I would never live somewhere where I feel unsafe walking out of my door or using resident amenities.
