We experienced a very unpleasant situation. My cousin is about to move in here, but since there are still four days until our move-in date, we could not get the keys and were unable to place our luggage and belongings inside the apartment. Therefore, we went to the leasing office to ask if it would be possible to temporarily store our luggage somewhere in the building, or in a designated room. Lived here 2.5 years…moving is the worst, so I stayed until I could find something else…the quality has really gone down in that time…from the curious smell in the lobby (comes and goes) to the thin walls (but the elevator seems to finally be fixed, but still always smells like BO), the rotating trash valet companies, whatever is going on in what is supposed to be a private/handsomely paid garage, inconsistent office hours, weirdo staff, and max lease renewal increases from contract to contract, this is not the place. I normally don’t write reviews, but I had a very unpleasant experience at this apartment. My cousin is moving in five days later, and we simply asked if we could store some luggage in advance. The staff member we spoke with kept avoiding the question, pretending not to understand, which made us feel very uncomfortable and even discriminated against. She said if my cousin came in person, she could help. But when we brought him, the answer was still no. Our question was never addressed, and her attitude throughout was terrible... read more
