We experienced a very unpleasant situation. My cousin is about to move in here, but since there are still four days until our move-in date, we could not get the keys and were unable to place our luggage and belongings inside the apartment. Therefore, we went to the leasing office to ask if it would be possible to temporarily store our luggage somewhere in the building, or in a designated room.
