The surgery was good but recently we’ve experienced a really rude and ableist receptionist who admonishes us for being unable to do things due to disability instead of making the necessary adjustments. Don’t join if you’re neurodivergent or have depression.
They keep unregistering me for no reason and then making me re-register again! Its always when I need to see a GP
