If it were up to me I wouldn't even give 1 star. I phoned in more or less I'm tears from being in pain wanting to make an appointment. The women that answered had absolutely no empathy, seemed annoyed that she even had to do the basics of her job. Any day I asked for, she said was unavailable and yet wouldn't tell me any days that were, it was like speaking to a brick wall.
