The Audiologist who visit here once a fortnight is great! Had a good experience with the hearing test, ear wax removal. Also explanation of why and why I shouldn’t get hearing aids was also ver comprehensive. Thank you and highly recommended
Reception staff are nice and friendly. Normal GP is almost never available have had to see one of the new ones and the wait time is ridiculous if we are expected to be on time so should the GPs. Waiting half hour for an appointment is ridiculous. We also have other things to do and other appointments which is why we book them at set time.
Very comprehensive assessments from Dr Aziz. Takes the time to fully explain test results and course of action. Also have always been seen early.
Warning after 4 appointments regarding shortness of breath and right side back pain with Dr Maliha Farzana. It was the first time I've ever heard a Doctor say "I don't know what's wrong with you". This was said in a phone appointment less then 5 minutes. A week later I still complained regarding right side back pain, Dr Maliha Farzana told me to bend down touch my toes and gave me Voltaran to put on my back.
