Twice now I have a problem with Receptionists & Drs saying they've called me 3 times for my phone consult but my phone says only twice & on the secound try it only rang one time.Just so the Dr can finish early. And it wasn't even time yet for my appointment. Not happy.
Just had an appointment with Dr Aziz. Amazing as always!! Dr Aziz actually takes the time to listen, I never feel rushed or passed over and he always makes sure I am comfortable with the next steps. It’s rare to find a physician who balances top-tier expertise with such a great bedside manner. Highly recommend if you want a doctor who actually cares!
Hopeless ... wife went there to get medical certificate today for her license renewal ... booked appointment ... and had wrong form so correct one obtained BUT as she left her glasses in car in their carpark and doctor was busy and told to come back another day ... NOT oh just run out to your car and get them and then my wife's fault for leaving it until the day before her license expires. With that attitude a wonder they have any patients at all and glad I go to another Doctor ... at a different medical centre.
Words won't do them justice The staff and team have been nothing but helpful and friendly Dr ali has been so amazing, supportive and helpful to myself and my family Helping us all with our needs and making sure everything that needs to be done gets done and sorted Definitely will keep recommending you all to anyone that asks Thank you
