**Dishonest and Unprofessional Service – AVOID THIS GARAGE** I am extremely upset and angry with the dishonest service I received from this Garage. My car was recovered there in July after a coolant leak caused it to overheat. Initially, they quoted me £350 to fix the issue. However, couple days later, they called me again, claiming my car had a serious engine problem and wanted to charge me £4,600 just to start disassembling the engine. Very helpful and efficient. If they had suggested going for a diagnostic test at the main dealer (cost £195incl) it would have been even better, as it may or may not be an expensive gearbox problem.
Fast, efficient service and even fixed a small issue on the undercarriage for no extra charge.
I had an MOT and full service done here in November 2023. Reviews online seemed good enough. However, I noticed that my car has been leaking oil on a daily basis from the engine sump. In the process of servicing, they must have not replaced a seal or broken something. In addition, the undercarriage of my car was put back and held in place with wires as opposed to how it shoukd be been properly secured.
