on my latest visit to Station Road garage, I was met with the usual friendly, polite and professional service. I had arranged to have the alternater and auxillary belt changed but, as the MOT was due shortly we agreed that it would be best to have this done before the alternater change in case there was a failure that was too costly to repair. Price kept changing: £300 quoted (including MOT), then £400 an hour later by phone, then the invoice ended up over £500 including VAT. I’m not happy with the lack of clear, upfront pricing and consent for additional costs. I won’t be using them again and I can't recommend you use them unless in a dire emergency.

I've been using SRG for a number of years, but wanted to post a review to showcase the 'cut-above-the-rest' this garage is. Trusted and truly outstanding service from the talented mechanics and engineers, to Becky and the reception team. Great communication, extremely fair and transparent pricing - in fact, they've saved me money on more than one occasion. They offer sound advice and tailored repair options. I always feel like a valued customer and I've recommended SRG to many friends and family members.

Do not go this rip of garage. I had an issue with my car break system. The break itself It was working with no problem but however sometimes the break pedal was very hard to press on sometimes. So I went there and they said the break vacuum pump needs to be changed. I said right how much would it cost to fix it. They said 700 pounds. Then I was like ohh it’s to expensive to change the break vacuum pump for 13 years old car.I said I won’t do it here then. First visited the garage with the AA when my cars coil spring had broken and I was stranded in Histon. The garage was really fast with fixing the problem and even gave me a courtesy car while mine was being fixed after collecting my car, there was a slight knocking noise when I turned the steering wheel so I contacted the garage. They told me to bring it back in and they fix the issue straight away giving me another courtesy car while it was being fixed. All members of staff I come across were very helpful.
