No one picks up after their dogs, hardly any yard in the back. People speed through the parking lot but the pool is really nice.
There is not anyone on site to monitor or enforce leases so people park wherever they want and block through ways nearly causing accidents. If you like standing on dog feces in the common areas, then this is the place for you. Hopefully if you have kids they can’t read the profanity on some residents vehicle because that is right in their face too.
