This experience was utterly unacceptable and has caused me to lose all trust in your establishment. In particular, one overweight female manager behaved in an appallingly rude and offensive manner, with actions that were discriminatory and humiliating. Such disgraceful service is intolerable. I visited this pub for the second time recently, hoping for the same great experience I had the first time. Unfortunately, this visit was a letdown. I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience today was frustrating enough that I feel it needs to be shared. The young girl in black jumper on duty who I think might be a manager showed a complete lack of professionalism and hospitality.
