Chris is no longer in office and they give preferential treatment to police. thats not cool. Chris was the best thing about station house. the rest is ok the area is iffy i must say that certain apts are huge, the walls and ceilings are very tall. almost too much so bc you lose access to the higher part of the wall space. the apts are very accommodating, but be careful with your AC unit. i rate it 3/5 bc of the disappointment in the size of the swimming pool and the increase in rent and dumb rules. the saving grace is the en... read more
Station House is a fantastic place to live! It’s very secure, quiet, and clean. Everyone on the staff is friendly and helpful. Maintenance requests are responded to quickly and efficiently. The amenities such as valet trash, or the snack area are very convenient. Station house cares about their residents so much, you will frequently see member of staff picking up debris and weeds along Skinker pkwy. I delivered a customers shipt orders here and the tenant wasn't home and I didn't have a code to place package inside. It was extremely cold outside, called the management team and she would not give me code to place package inside door for my customer so she made me wait 15 minutes in the cold that night only to tell me to just leave it outside. Bad management
