Ive been a resident for a little less than 6 months and I can say I have been taken cared of since day one. From the Virtual Tour, to my constant questions, to the open-endedness of the Management throughout the entire process. I definitely see myself staying here for a while! If you come by ask for Angie and Luke, they will take care of you

if its not Chris the office door is closed not friendly. Station house is going downhill. management lacking, extremely loud neighbor that management does nothing about. Chris is the best thing about station house. the area is iffy i must say that certain apts are huge, the walls and ceilings are very tall. almost too much so bc you lose access to the higher part of the wall space. the apts are very accommodating. i rate it 3/5 bc of the disappointment in the size of the swimming pool and the increase in rent and dumb rules.... read more

Chris is the best thing about station house. the area is iffy i must say that certain apts are huge, the walls and ceilings are very tall. almost too much so bc you lose access to the higher part of the wall space. the apts are very accommodating. i rate it 4/5 bc of the disappointment in the size of the swimming pool and the increase in rent and dumb rules. the saving grace is the enormity of the apartment, theres lots of space if you pick a high ceiling styled apartment and the staff are good people.

Needs more investment however over my time here I have seen Oliver Properties put increasingly less care into maintaining the premises. There is one janitor and one maintenance person who both do their best however the buildings need more. Often there will be no one in the leasing office and if there is an emergency someone will have to drive over from another property. Nobody working here is bad, they just seem to be unsupported. I would avoid paying the unjustifiably high rent at Station House, especially given the abysmal... read more
