Leasing agent Amairany and the property manager Eboni are very professional, they always response on timely for any requests. They keep the property clean and very organized at all time. Her maintenance team are very active and fix any broken stuff on the same day as they receive the request from the tenant. I highly appreciate Eboni and Amairany for the service they provide for the tenants here At the station heights. I have been living here for almost two here and happy with their work
I'm currently apartment hunting and came across this place as an option I made an appointment for 1030 and showed up right on time but was asked to wait because the only person in the office was busy with a person who just walked in (no appointment). I waited on the couch for ten minutes before the lady adressed me again and asked me to leave and wait in my car so she could go give a tour to the other lady not even caring that my appointment was at 1030. Place not recommended for families with children! Residents smoke marijuana on the stairs where the children pass and the smell of marijuana passes from one apartment to another, so if you and your children don't use marijuana, don't rent it. We rented 2 rooms but we had to isolate one room to stay away from the smell of marijuana.
