The leasing team and the entire leasing process here is actually horrendous. It’s a very nice complex but don’t waste your time or money with these people.

The maintenance team is always punctual and actually fixes issues instead of just slapping a bandaid on things. Josiah was amazing. He came and knocked out 3 maintenance requests in a single trip in less than an hour.

Frustrating I had a tour for today at 3pm and no one is in the office and I called and the phone keeps hanging up I was outside waiting until 3:30 with 2 other residents so I went back to my car and came back and the person told me I was late and that I have to reschedule. Just disappointed.

I have been here 1 year and am frustrated by some things. The security gate has rarely worked and has been down 2 to 3 mo this time. The interior stairwell and upper walkways are filthy. There is dirt leaves from last fall, trash etc that continues to build up. Lastly people leave out bags of trash all weekend which is disgusting. The only positive is its a relatively quiet community and the maintenance staff is quick at addressing issues.
