Terrible experience. My car was taken as it was a nominated garage from the RAC due to needing gear linkages replacing. I collected the car after payment and within half an hour of driving (on and A road) I was completely unable to select third or fifth gears. I needed to detour for safety reasons by which time I was unable to put the car into any gears. Bought a car a couple of weeks ago and noticed the air con wasn't working properly. I got in touch and within a couple of hours my car was booked in. The work has been done this morning and the air con is all sorted. This garage is fantastic. I live in Darlington but it's worth the journey as they can't do enough for you. Thank you for a hassle free experience. These days it's quite rare to find companies who go above and beyond to look after customers, I'm so glad I found this place 👍THANK YOU
