“You like it here at the station at Norge “ such a true statement. The property manager was exceptional. My first month all issues were resolved immediately. The community is quiet, kids friendly and very closed to local businesses. Application process was super fast. So far so good! Don’t hesitate! Don’t move to this apartment , the apartment is nasty! I had mold in my closet and when I called maintenance they covered it up with paint. I also have mold in my bathroom. When I first moved in my ac was working in my apartment it was 90 degrees, the maintenance guy that came out was very unprofessional , he complained the whole time and stated this wasn’t his job to fix. Which caused my ac not to get fix until Monday morning. After 3 months of me moving in they went up on my rent $130. I always had problems with my apartme... read more
My review is based on the applying process. I really appreciate the lady in the front office who was very professional and helpful during the approval process. This is a very stressful time with the limited time left I have in looking for housing in a rigid market as a single parent who is more than capable in paying rent on time.
