The last few months there have been some staff changes within the leasing office and the new staff members have been great! I want to take the time to specifically acknowledge Timeeka! She's done a fantastic job keeping common areas cleaning and refreshing, which could be challenging especially during these cold months. BAD complex soon to be CMHA. Cars stolen and broken into multiple times a week when lived there. Management dismissed any safety complaint. A portion of the apartment are section 8 / affordable housing. Too much drug activity in the open secure surface lot. Do a free Cleveland police records search to verify all this.
