This was my first time having my hair colored by Caroline. I really like a consultation is scheduled first to talk through what would be the best plan for color, that way when color appt is scheduled everyone is informed and ready to execute the plan. Absolutely love the patience and the honest professional advice from Caroline when I really had no clear direction on where I wanted to go with my hair. She made the process easy, relaxing and made me feel beautiful again!
This was my first visit and I was privileged to work with Caroline. We discussed my concerns and desired outcome and she readily developed a game plan explaining her reasoning throughout the process. Additionally, she was extremely pleasant and I enjoyed working and visiting with her. I think I’ve found my hair home!
