Station 280 is a great place to live, mainly because of the wonderful Katelyn in the front office. She is a phenomenal upgrade to the staff- even my dog enjoys our daily visits to the clubhouse because we get to stop in and say hello. There are definitely growing pains that come along with a new construction facility but overall I am happy living here.
This was home for 2 years and would have continued to have been if we did not buy a home. It felt safe and was quiet. The apartment had beautiful floors and had great natural light. We lived on the 2nd floor in a two bedroom and enjoyed the view of the large courtyard. We frequently walked our dog and brought her to the dog park to play with the other dogs (we will miss our puppy friends). I was told about station 280 and how wonderful it is here and when i came in to look at the apartment i fell in love with my new home the team and staff are very friendly and are there to help and make it feel like home i highly recommend living here to anyone, you will love it here
