I’ve been living here since October 2024. While the apartment itself is fine, the amenities are a joke. I have been paying for the pool for nearly 2 years and this year was excited to FINALLY be able to use it. However when the announcement came out with the pool hours I almost choked. The pool is only open from 9-5 Monday - Saturday and NOT on Sundays. OH! Also not on holidays meaning that this year when July 4th comes around ON A SATURDAY no one can use the pool. I would not recommend living at this apartment complex. The apartments themselves are your typical rushed, builder-grade construction. The walls are extremely thin, and you can hear conversations, televisions, and other everyday activity from neighboring apartments and throughout the hallways. As you walk through the building, you hear nearly everything going on around you. I don’t feel comfortable living here. It seems like the management is running some kind of program that attracts people who shouldn’t be living in this community. The atmosphere has become very uncomfortable for me. I’m just waiting for my lease to end so I can move out. Those who live here will understand exactly what I’m talking about. ☆☆☆☆ Beautiful new apartments, but for nearly $3k a month, the amount of restrictions is honestly ridiculous. The amenities and “luxury” lifestyle they advertise do not match the actual living experience here. The pool hours make absolutely no sense — it’s only open during hours when most people are at work, closed on Sundays, and closes at 5 PM right when residents are getting home.
