Worst place to live at. Mismanaged, don’t keep promises, barely clean parking lots at the winter. Our lease expired yesterday (thank god) And worst happened to us last week. We had no heat for !!! 7 !!! days, at first they came out and did something and give us space heater and said they need order some part. And it was the week with 0° temperatures. This place deserves zero stars. Don’t judge a book by its cover. Thinking of moving here? Look at these reviews. Talk to a couple of tenants. This place is horrendous. The build quality and management company are the worst. Been here 10 months and can’t wait to leave. What a nightmare. Station 280, do better.
This place is a nightmare and an eyesore on the town of Granby, CT. I’ve worked in construction all my life and there is so much here that is poorly built and not to code. I know friends who live here and in seeing these buildings and units up close, I am seriously surprised the town approved this. If you live here please be safe and leave as soon as you can.
PURE EXTORTION. For the love of god ignore the good reviews. These people will lie to get you in, then rob you to get out. If you value your hard-earned money and your peace of mind, run in the other direction. Station 280 is the most dishonest 'luxury' complex I have ever experienced. They are professional liars with a high turn over rate for employees so they don’t get caught. They make endless promises during the tour and move-in that they never intended to keep.
