Horrific living experience. Terrible management. Would give 0/5 star if that was an option
This Place is trash!! Horrible management! We moved into one of their 2 bedroom “Luxury Apartments” a year ago and the day we moved in our central air broke. It took the days to “fix it” once “fixed” mind you it’s July and 100 degrees out, one bedroom would read 70 degrees the living room was 75 degrees and the bedroom was 80 degrees and the bathrooms were even hotter. Apartments From HELL! RENTERS BEWARE!! Slum lord type feel. Management never around. Employees fired or quit always someone new. Paper thin walls. Dog poop all over property. Cigarette butts everywhere. No snow or ice removal your legit walking and driving on an ice rink! No pool no dog park. Problems fall on def ears. People breaking leases to leave. I was recently in Connecticut ( July 2025) visiting this complex. I was taken aback when entering the building, not only was the entry door propped open and clearly a safety concern, There were people smoking each time I entered and exited the building at this non-smoking facility. The hallway floors were covered in drywall dust and pieces of construction material. There was also a strong chemical odor throughout the building.
