This place has an awful Roach problem, I've sprayed countless times until I'm coughing from the fumes. I've heard them digging in my trash, and sprayed every crack and crevice I could find. I clean up my counter, vacuum often, and still these insufferable pests keep crawling from between cracks and even on the walls themselves at times. It's beyond disgusting, you don't even want to go to bed at night because there's a good chance they've ended up in it at some point. I feel like giving up at this point.
Never moved in but applied here. I got denied I called to see when I will receive a refund no one answer the phone I only got through once. They don't send you your money back then they send you a bill. Like bffr I'm still waiting for my money fighting with the bank.
You know it's a bad place to live when your ceiling light falls through and is hanging by a live wire. And when you inform them of the issue the management front office just says it's not an emergency, they can take care of it sometime later in the week. But to be honest, what else was I expecting from this management?
Been trying to get ahold of them about new extra fees added onto rent , sent multiple emails but no one replies. It’s almost impossible to get put onto the pest control list because no one ever answers and if they do answer which is rarely they still won’t put you down idk if they forget or what. Rent just keeps going up and there’s too much roaches and you won’t be able to get ahold of the office for anything. Also I have maintenance request from July that are still pending
TRUST THE REVIEWS. ROACHES. ROACHES. ROACHES! People have written on the roaches for years, and it still holds true! I’ve lived in four other apartments and this is the worst by far. Maintenance completely ignores your requests. Settling for an upstairs apartment will not save you! It is the most disgusting experience to come “home” every day to have to get rid multiple roaches each day.
