I called on Friday and spoke to a lovely lady called Machelle who was very friendly and helpful. She had a great telephone manner and was efficient in booking an appointment for me the following Monday to have my smoke detectors serviced and certification issued. This conversation was easy, no hassle and she was delightful to deal with.
