I went to the location, the salon looks to be closed down. I called no one pick up. I also dm via IG, the message was seen but no response in confirming that the salon has been shut down.
Spanish speaking only. I had a 4:30p appointment for a blow out. I was told to come in early because she had a client at 5pm. I came in at 4:20pm I literally sat there for one hour. At 5:02pm she told me one minute. I am a white female and my husband is Dominican. I've never felt so unseen as a client. Disrespectful, unkind and she just lost a customer who would of referred others. Btw: when I left her response was "oh." Place is a joke!
One thing I don’t play about is my hair. The owner of the shop reassured me I will be well taken care of bc I was nervous to try somewhere new. Not only is her place beautiful, stylish, clean and comfortable her stylist is top tier. I wanted Zoe kravitz braids with human wavy hair. Not only did she provide the hair for me(top quality) her stylist did EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED. From the cleanest parts, to my braids not being tight at all, to finishing before the day was over.
