worst delivery service I've ever experienced...was told 2 different days they would be there and never showed nor did they call. Lady insisted no one needed to be at my house for delivery and she had personally opened my package and inspected it to satisfaction and I refused to not have someone on my end inspect it. So, on day 3 they text a picture to my wife showing the package was severely damaged and admitted they lied to me and had never inspected the product and now refuse to answer my phone call. They were supposed to deliver my freight between 1 and 5 today. It’s 7:00. They never showed nor did they call. Update: Nor did they show up The following Monday; nor Tuesday when they said they’d be there between 2:00 and 4:00, nor when we spoke to them at 5:00 and they were “loading the truck” and were on there way. They didn’t bother with a phone call. They finally showed on Wednesday.

They said my 500 lb item was on truck wed. Stayed home. Again Thursday stayed home. Friday they never had it. Sat they lost it. Monday they found it. Went to the warehouse to pick it up and it was a part of it. Now I'm driving 10 hours to go pick up from orginal place cause don't trust I will ever get it if they resend and use this shipper. The warehouse is small not to many places to lose stuff. Boxes are just thrown in. Most looked smashed.
