Home Depot ended up using them to deliver 8 pallets of tile. We scheduled an appointment and they called 30 minutes before they arrived. The two men that delivered were fantastic! We were afraid that for such a big delivery, it would be on the foot of our driveway but they went all the way up and put the pallets in our garage. Thank you so much!
The people in the front building were super nice and helpful but the people at the back are slow. I have been back up to a dock for 3 hrs and still haven’t unloaded due to apparently a load that came in nearly an hour after me is a priority. One worker is unloading the trailer with a forklift while 5 guys sit around on pallets and rollers watching. When I nicely asked what was taking so long the manager Donnie got rude and hateful.
