Above and beyond care and customer service. Skilled technicians, meticulous prep work (aka less mess once the job is done), and truly beautiful results! I received the AntiEtch treatment on my marble kitchen countertops & island, and also had my marble bathroom floors, vanity, and shower honed, cleaned, and resealed. Statewide Stone Care is terrific, across the board. From the first phone call, Statewide's people are courteous, professional, helpful, and detail-oriented. We worked with Yago, who is, in a word, a star. He came to our apartment for the initial assessment, and then returned with his colleagues to do the work. This company is amazing! They did a wonderful job on our kitchen counters! Extremely neat and carful with protecting and covering all the appliances to perform the stone work! Also Yago the tech guy was polite, attentive and Extremely professional! Thank you so much Statewide stone care!
We called Statewide as they had done an excellent job a few years ago cleaning and sealing our lobby bluestone floor. This time we had a very bad large stain on the floor. Statewide showed up on time, did a successful test to see if they could remove the stain, and then returned for 2 days to completely clean and seal the floor for the original estimate. We are very pleased with their work and recommend them to anyone who needs stone cleaning.
I was extremely happy with everything about my experience. They did a wonderful job restoring my marble countertops - they look gorgeous. Welbert in the office was extremely courteous and professional and the workers were pleasant and left the kitchen immaculate. I would recommend them to anyone.
