State Wide Pools managed to turn what should’ve been an exciting project into a complete headache. The most unbelievable part? Absolutely terrible experience with State Wide Pools. The biggest issue—and honestly the most ridiculous part—is that they installed the pump and filter upside down. I wish I was joking. This isn’t some tiny cosmetic mistake, this is basic functionality, and somehow they still managed to mess it up. State Wide Pools didn’t just mess up my pool… they turned it into some kind of experimental water feature that defies logic. First off, the plumbing was so wrong that the water was somehow getting sucked out of the returns and blasted out of the skimmer like it was trying to escape. Terrible company. Asked for an estimate to fix a leaking pipe. Next thing I see is the guy leaving the driveway. Went and checked my cameras and the guy was here 10 minutes. Saw the charge on my card for 854. Wow. Will never refer them or call them ever. Crooks.
