1. loan officer does not keep you updated on process. 2. takes 2-3 months to get any results. 3. officer promises one thing and later tells you underwriter wont agree. 4. Gives you a date for closing, then says he isnt ready to close . officer caused me to be late with a loan payment and a mortgage payment for the first time by saying he is closing on a refinance mortgage by payment due date, then unexpectanly doesnt keep his word thereby making me late and incurring late fees on the late payment.
