i rang the store the other day and they helped me with an order which i was going to pick up the next day but got inundated with work. Then later that day i got home from work and there was my order on the front doorstep, which someone there had obviously taken the time to drop it off at some stage. This act wasn't just customer service, it was a kindness. Thank you.
Absolutely wonderful service. I ordered a raised toilet seat on a Friday and it arrived the following Monday. I couldn't get the knack of how to screw it on and was wonderfully surprised when told that someone could call around the next day to help me. That someone was a lovely young man called Drew. He was very knowledgeable and very nice. I will definitely use this company again when I need other aids.

Statewide deliver the most seamless, cooperative and friendly service - from booking, right through to delivery and pickup by Andy. Have used them on 2 occasions with 2 different surgery rehabs. Considering a third surgery just for the pleasure of dealing with Statewide.
I have used Statewide for 21 months after ending in wheelchair. Have needed various aids and have a mobility scooter and a walker now. My new scooter developed a problem. Sally and Zoe swung into action and it was picked up the next day, a loan machine delivered . Fantastic service as they understood my disability and the urgency of my need.
