I called them because one of the windows in my condo wouldn’t close all the way. The woman I spoke with was very friendly and clearly told me that the technician’s visit would be free, and that they would provide a quote after inspecting the window. The technician came out, looked at the window, shook it side to side, and managed to force it closed.
