The team at Statewide Forklifts always go above and beyond for all our business needs. The service didn’t end when we purchased a machine. Paul was always answering questions and even face timing us through a handling issue we were having! We won’t go anywhere else.
This company has zero morals. We had our Forklift due to be serviced, waited 3 weeks only to hear nothing from them. When we phoned up to see when they were coming, the girls in the office couldn't remember booking the service and said they weren't taking new clients. Now it is too late in the year to book it in. Absolutely zero personal responsibility in the office from the girls who messed up.
