I got towed here through AAA when my car broke down. The car broke down on a Friday around 3:30pm. I got my car back on Monday around 6 pm. They never called me to tell me that it was the alternator. They promised the car to me on Saturday and when I called them 15 min before they closed I was told they got the wrong part. I called them on Monday and was told the car would be done by 1pm. This place is a rip off. They robbed me and threatened to kill me. Mechanics smoke drugs while working on your car.
They want to charge $4.- to receive a fax for me to get a photo inspection. The insurance companies pay for them to provide this service. I was hung up on by the rude old woman who works there. If the owner needs to nickel and dime over an incoming fax can just imagine what they would do with a car repair.
