I recently needed someone to swap a load lid for a canopy on my Raptor. After calling numerous 4x4 shops in northern Melbourne that weren’t interested in helping, I finally came across Paul. He made the whole process so simple and was very reasonably priced for the work that was carried out. Big thanks to his team as well for doing such a great job. Save your time ringing around like I had to, just call Paul.
I received great service and quality work. Paul went over and beyond to upgrade and prepare my car. Was very fussy and professional on suspension parts used. Very happy and recommend his service.
Poor customer service. Won't be going back there
Good service goes a long way, after not being able to find my specific item in stock anywhere (thanks runva) I call Statewide 4x4, they promptly did a stock check confirming they had stock of the specific item, upon arrival I ask to test the item as I was actually having an issue with my winch. The item didn't fix the issue immediately but one of the amazing staff was able to point me into the right direction even allowing me to use a screw driver to move my misplaced ground cable. Do not deal with this company. Emailed an enquiry and 3 weeks later no response. Went direct to them and promised a quote that day. Three days later and nothing. I have never done a google review. Please do not bother with this company.
